We produce high quality farm-fresh Eco-friendly produce using organic and natural growing methods, in the Northern Adirondack Park. Our crop production areas include Greenhouses, Specialty Gardens and Field Rows.

In 2007, in the Northern Adirondack Park of New York, we started out with just garlic and shallots.  A few years later we expanded our produce offering and sold free-range chicken eggs, greens and roots to local farmers markets and food cooperatives.  By early 2012 we trialed the best growing methods for ginger, turmeric and lemongrass.

And by 2017 we acquired a New York State Grower-Nursery License to sell vegetable & flower plants.  Today we continue to sell ECO farm-fresh foods.
